Spacious room with kitchenette features

The queen room was spacious and clean. We were close to great attractions! Enjoyed the cozy vibe after a long day out.

The breakfast spread offered some good options like waffles, eggs, and bacon, perfect fuel for a day of exploration. The location placed us conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants, making it easy to refuel after a day on the road.

The parking lot feels cramped and narrow, presenting challenges especially during peak times. On one occasion, despite checkout being at noon, cleaning staff were attempting to enter our room shortly after 9 AM, which felt intrusive. To top it off, our room directly faced the lot, leading to bright mornings that might not suit everyone’s liking, especially if you're hoping for a longer sleep-in.

The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable overall. We appreciated the decent breakfast, and the automated pancake machine was a fun addition that the kids loved. it was disappointing to find the pool closed during our visit due to maintenance, and the exit doors not requiring key cards made us feel a bit uneasy about security. That said, the location is convenient with several restaurants very close by.

i've stayed at the summersville location before and this time was even better. the room was immaculate and the comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. breakfast included delicious options like freshly baked pastries and robust coffee, exceeding my expectations.

The pool was also closed, which was a letdown after a long day of travel. Access to fresh air would have been nice. Overall, I enjoyed some aspects but felt the hotel could improve on noise control and pillow quality.
